BDSIP and Opogo are building a new local Teaching Assistant workforce specifically for Barking & Dagenham schools. Join early to access trained candidates and help shape the programme.
• Access to a local pool of trained Teaching Assistants
• Recruitment events attracting local candidates
• Training delivered through BDSIP via the Opogo platform
• Dedicated digital platform for booking and workforce planning
• Transparent flat service fee - no percentage margins

DfE & OFSTED | FUTURE ALIGNMENT
Staying ahead of the DfE's Maximising Value for Pupils programme
The Department for Education's Maximising Value for Pupils programme is reshaping how schools and MATs procure supply staff, with negotiated rate caps expected through the CCS framework in June 2026. Opogo Education is already built around everything the programme stands for:
• Service fees well below DfE rate caps
• No percentage margins
• Fully transparent invoices breaking down educator pay and service fee
• Already an approved CCS supplier
From June, schools will need to demonstrate alignment as part of Ofsted scrutiny. Moving now means more budget goes where it matters most - into the classroom.
