As an Account Manager, you will be a vital link between Opogo and our school clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understand their staffing needs, and ensure their requirements are met effectively and efficiently by our technology. You will be provided with a clear and effective onboarding and training program that will see your first year OTE circa £45-55K. The role is full-time and office-based 5 days per week. The working hours are from 7am - 5pm during school term time and reduced to 4.5 hours during the school holidays.

The most vital aspect of the role is to promote School engagement with the Opogo technology by articulating the unique features and benefits of the Opogo app-based solution, highlighting how it addresses the pain points and improves the recruitment experience for both schools and candidates. This entails developing and promoting a compelling value proposition that emphasizes the time and cost savings, efficiency, and effectiveness achieved through the use of our technological solution. This will be done with the full support of the Business Development team.

Salary & benefits

  • Salary is dependent on experience plus we offer an uncapped commission scheme (OTE Year 1 earnings circa £55k+)

  • This is a hybrid role with 1 day WFH and 4 days based in our Shoreditch hub
