Previous experience in outbound sales, talent acquisition, recruitment, candidate sourcing, or related fields is advantageous, particularly within the education sector. We are also looking for a people-person who genuinely enjoys speaking with candidates. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates effectively. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also a plus!

Responsibilities 

  • Play a crucial role in the business by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential candidates.
  • Your efforts will be instrumental in maintaining a robust talent pool and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of various school types (Primary, Secondary, SEND) 
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand their hiring requirements and provide expert advice on candidate selection.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and applicant tracking to extending offers and onboarding new hires.

Salary & benefits

  • Salary is dependent on experience plus we offer an uncapped commission scheme (OTE Year 1 earnings circa £35k+)

  • Term Time working hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm and school holidays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • This is a hybrid role with 1 day WFH and 4 days based in our Shoreditch hub
  • We run regular incentive trips to Paris/Lisbon and run an annual offsite team-building trips i.e. the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge in May!
